Which books can I upload?
Books you have the right to translate: your own work, a work you hold a written translation licence for, a work under an open licence that permits translation, or one in the public domain. Buying an ebook does not by itself give you that right. DRM-protected files are refused.
How good is the translation?
It is machine translation by a large language model, with automated checks on every paragraph. It is not a human translator: expect occasional mistranslations and inconsistencies. Read the free sample first; for publication, legal or medical use, have it reviewed.
What happens to my files?
They are processed by our systems and a third-party AI provider, as our Privacy Policy describes, and are never used to build a library or shared with other customers. Source files and translations are deleted 7 days after delivery; you can delete them earlier from your order page.
Can I keep my own terminology?
Yes. Attach a glossary — one term per line, as “term -> translation” — free of charge.
Which formats?
EPUB 2 and EPUB 3, reflowable, up to 50 MB. Fixed-layout and scanned-image books are not supported yet.
